3. Refund Policy

a. Cancellation by Customer:
Currently we do not allow cancellation of orders.

b. Cancellation by Fiska:
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer
- Suspected fraudulent activity

In case of cancellation by us, a pro-rata refund will be processed to bank account details given by user. The refund will be credited within 14 working days once bank account details are given to us by the user.
